We connect and fix it before suggesting a replacement
Many homes have a smart system that failed, whose installer disappeared, or whose maker’s cloud stopped. We do not ask you to throw it away: we inspect it first and tell you plainly, device by device — connected as it is, connected through a bridge, or replaced, and why.
- Cloud Wi-Fi devices (Tuya · Smart Life · Sonoff)
- We move them to local control that works without the internet where the device allows it, and bring them into the home’s scenes.
- Zigbee and Matter (Aqara · Hue · devices with their own hub)
- We connect them through their hub, or re-pair them on our gateway — depending on how many there are and their condition.
- KNX
- The easiest case: we read the ETS project and connect the system as it is, with no re-wiring.
- Cameras (ONVIF · RTSP)
- We connect them to our app and alerts. Continuous recording is outside the gateway today, and we tell you that before you build on it.
- Infrared air conditioners and screens
- A small controller brings the existing air conditioner into schedules and scenes without replacing it.
- Closed professional systems (Control4 · Crestron · Lutron)
- We do not promise a connection before inspecting: we assess what their licence allows, and we may settle for support and a report on their condition.
How we start: you send the system’s brand and photos of its panel and app → an audit visit (device inventory and network check) → we stabilise (backups and the first fixes) → a roadmap of what stays, what is fixed and what is replaced.
We install, programme and guarantee our work. A device we did not sell is not guaranteed by us, and we do not promise its compatibility before inspecting it.
And support after the handover: “Peace of mind”
A monthly subscription instead of a large yearly contract: monitoring of the gateway and devices, priority on tickets, a visit with no fee, and free batteries.
