A Riyadh villa façade at sunset, with path lighting and an entrance camera

From Riyadh

Your whole home, in one app

Others hand you devices with ten apps. We hand you a home you run entirely from one app, Arabic-first — and it keeps working when the internet does not.
Design, installation, programming and support by one team.

Capabilities

Four systems,
one network

Each system stands alone and works with the rest. No scattered apps, no devices that ignore each other.

Lighting and scenes

A scene for every moment: arrival, majlis, evening, sleep. Touch switches stay on the wall and never depend on your phone.

  • Lighting scenes
  • Touch switches
  • Smooth dimming
02

Security and monitoring

A lock that records who entered and when, and a detector that wakes the whole house — not just one room. Footage stays with you, not on a distant server.

  • Smart locks
  • Cameras, local storage
  • Leak and smoke sensors
03

Climate and energy

The AC eases off when a room empties, and blinds handle the heat before the compressor has to. Per-circuit consumption you can actually read.

  • AC scheduling
  • Motorised blinds
  • Consumption reports
04

Network and operation

A tidy control cabinet and a wired backbone carrying the system. The house keeps working even when the internet does not.

  • Wired backbone
  • Local control
  • Wall panels

The Nabd Darak difference

One app
runs the whole home

Your home does not need ten apps. Nabd Darak brings lighting, security, climate, energy and your account with us into one app, Arabic-first — a single experience from the first touch.

What most smart homes put up with

  • An app for every deviceOne app for the lights, another for the camera, a third for the AC — and none of them talk to each other.
  • A house hanging on the cloudThe internet drops or a server abroad goes down, and the lights and locks go with it.
  • Arabic as an afterthoughtForeign interfaces with clumsy translation, or no Arabic at all.
  • Installed, then abandonedThe installer disappears, the warranty is a sheet of paper, and support is a number nobody answers.

With Nabd Darak

  • One app for everythingRooms, scenes, automations, energy, cameras and locks — on one screen.
  • Works inside the home firstControl runs locally through the home hub, and end-to-end encrypted when you are away.
  • Arabic by designBuilt in Arabic, and understands “turn off the majlis light” the way you say it.
  • Your account, in the same appRequests, device warranties, tickets and invoices — and a local team that answers.

How we work

From floor plan
to running house

Four clear stages, one team from the first line on the plan to the last button on the wall.

Stage 01

Survey

An hour on site in Riyadh. We read the plan and mark control points on the actual walls.

Stage 02

Design

A point plan and a written quote: what gets installed, where, and on which protocol.

Stage 03

Install and program

Clean execution with no exposed runs on wireless systems, then scenes programmed in the family's own words.

Stage 04

Handover and support

A walkthrough, a warranty on hardware and installation, and local support in Arabic.

Built on open protocols
