Why we started
Most of what is sold as a “smart home” is a box of devices left at the door. The hardware arrives, the apps multiply, and the house stays exactly as it was — except the family now carries five apps instead of one switch.
We started Nabd Darak on the opposite rule: the house first, the technology second. We read the plan before the catalogue, and ask about the family habits before the budget. The result is a system you do not notice — its effect shows in light that receives you and a door that responds, not in a screen asking for attention.
We work inside Riyadh only, deliberately. Being close means support is a visit rather than a ticket, and the technician who installed the system is the one who comes back to it.

- The logic runs locally. The internet is for remote access, not for turning on a light.

- Camera footage and lock logs stay in the house, not on a distant server.

- We build on Matter, Zigbee and KNX so no single vendor can lock you in.
